As others have said, I would personally swap the shaman for a cleric. Keep the bard and the chanter, and basically any DPS you add will be fine. Mage maybe?

Drakuh keeps his interfaces updated on Eq interface. I use his steel UI and he's pretty good about updating it when Daybroke breaks his ui.

It's a solid strategy. I run a 6 box crew and if you can handle it, try and knock out all 5 of the initial split. It was hard at first but if you keep them dying evenly its not much harder to just kill them and not have to worry about doing the other two. I was initially doing it the exact same...
