    I am not computer saavy. how do i download the individual files? I am actually on the phone with them right now to ensure there is no conflict with the AV.

    nothing has changed in regards to my AV. i use Webroot SecureAnywhere. I have been using them for years. It's through Bestbuy.

    My Navmesh does not update. I click on Launch Mesh Updater and it just minimizes in the system tray at the bottom of my screen. Nothing else happens. I have deleted and re-downloaded RedGuides Launcher to no avail. Still the same problem. Please advise. Thank you. R/ Minddagger

    Software time

    I realize a patch was just completed. But when I log in it states the times between EQ and MQ2 don't match and kicks me. Do I just wait a bit? Please advise. Thank you
