The /memorize command would not work for me. But I simply copied the working version from Jigs 13.0 to the new distro, and it worked just fine. I simply could not memorize spells when using the /casting "blahblah" gem2 command. The book would open for a split second and then close.

First rule of thumb when crashing when loading MQ2 is unloading all plugins and starting from scratch (yes, open that macroquest.ini and delete them like a good boy.)
