I purchased the travel explore and when I use it says dannet or eqbc are on and I am not sure how. Any help would be awesome

When I log on it says log on and when i do it opens web page says go back to app and same thing over and over never logs me on to my account

all my toons work great but my cleric, logs in ok, and once I start macro he does a /exit no other toon is doing it
