Yep, EQEmu requires attack to be off to evade. This restriction was removed on live at some point, but not EQEmu.

There isn't, I think they're confusing it with Hero's Vitality, Resolution, and Fortitude. None of those actually increase softcap though. You get these for completing quests since CoTF.

hCHA can affect faction hits if the faction benefits from hCHA.

I do HaveBash = pCharData1->TotalEffect(226, 1, 0, 1, 1) ? true : false; for my 2-hand bash check in MQ2Melee. Macros should be able to do ${Me.SPA[226]} as well. EDIT: Well, this would be complicated for when you're swapping out PAL/SHD epic 1.0s since they have a worn effect now ... hmm...

You could run underneath the room, target him, and pull him solo with taunt. They fixed this. He's now leashed I think.

RG only supports ROF2 as an EQEmu client, so unlikely. That doesn't mean someone has backported KA to work with a Tit compatible MQ2.

As an EQEmu dev, I would highly recommend using RoF2 over UF. (although, that somewhat depends on the server you're playing on)
