Chain Lifetaps on SK is a mana hog as well at low levels.

Most of them are designed around higher levels. For RGMercs it is usually suggested that you make your mode TLP. For CWTN plugins, you should probably turn off some options to reduce mana use. This situation doesn't really get better till around 80 with HoT gear.

A problem that a friend had was he was missing discs and the axe components needed. The only doing frenzy/disarm/kick sounds to me like one of those situations. 60 is hard place to judge even with full AA's as those slow start ramping up after really 70+

Use a condition like this for cast Cond#=${Target.BuffsPopulated} && ${Target.Buff[Name of Damage Shield].ID} That should work. I use something similar for Boastful Bellow just in reverse that if it is not there to cast boastful bellow.

Not sure if its a bug (not directly Enchanter related as this was from my mq2war window on the pull check). This was just after a wipe and rez during buffing afterwards. Its obvious this enchanter was worked to death in that pull :)

Made minor change on Conjuration spell. Choker has a timer and is lore so it casts other spells while waiting on timer potentially causing you to gain spec in those first. Conjuration spell changed to Summon Drink which is level 1 as well. | MAGICIAN = 13 /varset PracticeSpell[13,1]...

Having an issue where it is stuck in a loop casting Health group on pet even if it has better spell already. Shortcut around this for now is have blocked the Higher buff on pet from Shaman.
