A TLP without truebox has thawed (Very Vanilla ready)
Thank you so much! That worked perfectly. Is there a resource file or instruction manual that I can access to learn things like this? There is so much that I don't know I don't know! Where can I go to learn other things like this that have been staring me in the face and I never knew it.
I'm...
The Questions that Zebadiah ask here are exactly what I'm looking for. Where can I find these answers? I'd like to try Skills2 but have never tried to use a lua script before. Where do I put the scripts once I've downloaded it? I put it in the lua folder but when I type /lua run skills2 I get...

Thank you for responding. I have DanNet loaded. How do I check that all my group toons are connected and how do I know if it is working?
None of the /dge group commands, like wave, are working.
I looked at the commands in the resource but don't understand the jargon. mq2dannet is loaded but...
Nav is loaded and working. I have active mesh but they aren't working. It does not work on any of my toons in any zone.
I get the following line:
/multiline;/afollow off; /nav stop; timed 5/ then a nav ID number.
Anyone know what I can check to fix this?
When you say look at the bottom tab, do you mean the settings tab?
Under the settings tab I don't see any place that indicates where the EQ files are being looked for. It only deals with where MQ is found on my drive.
I uninstalled and reinstalled EQ and I still get the same message when launching characters in MQNext. The problem has to be there.
Maybe it is looking in a different place at an older version of EQ. I checked the INI in the profiles window and it points towards the correct place.
Should I be...
No. Just my normal live server.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled EQ. Let's see if that fixes the problem. I'd wanted to avoid that step because of having to reset everything back up.
But we'll see.
Thanks.
I have. Several times following the servers coming back up after the patch. And with multiple characters. But it still shows the old date. I don't know what to do about it.
I go to the Daybreak Games dashboard/launcher. Select my account. It checks all the files, updates everything then launches...
Following today's 1-19-22 EQ patch I'm unable to launch toons through MQ but get this message instead.
I've tried re-patching through the EQ Dashboard repeatedly, checked all my files to be sure they are up to date and still I cannot launch my toons through MQNext.
Any suggestions as to what...
I'm attempting to move my MQNext files and settings to a new computer. Can anyone tell me which files to move so all my profiles, settings and macros are the same on the new computer?
I've tried various combinations and can't get it right.
Please help.
Thanks.
I've spent 10 hours trying to solve the same problem. Your solution worked. Thank you very much. I've tried everything else. As MQNEXT is now Live and the default in the Launcher, this problem should have been fixed already.
I'm grateful.
Can you tell me how to do that?
I'm not sure my last question actually posted. I asked: Can you tell me how to do that?
But one more question: I'm trying to migrate my MQ2 files to a new computer so I don't have to start over developing everything. What do I need to do to do this? Do I just...
I am also having the problem of it not connecting to the port. I've read through this whole thread carefully and tried everything you've suggested. I've migrated to NEXT following your video, I've rebooted to be sure I'm only running 1 eqbc, tried /bccmd connect 127.0.0.1 2112 as an ingame...
