I think the easiest solution would be to add another set of checkboxes under "Select Highest EXP" that has max overseer quest length. - Select Highest EXP Longest Quest -6h -12h -24h

Love the latest update. Recommendation for the new "Select highest exp rewards" feature: Normalize the experience gained against the time that it takes to run that quest. A 24 hour research quest may provide 1%, a 6 hour military quest 0.5%, and the LUA is choosing the longer research quest...
