If you only want a certain piece you might not necessarily have to max out faction... they unlock slowly depending what faction level you're at so if you do a 1/2 clear or whatever you can go see if the slot is unlocked yet.

There are 3 simple downflags you can use to easily make your Enchanter more tank-ish. (And your runes should always be up in the first place!:( Long duration buffs) TBM itemization has done nothing to Enchanter tanking aside from improve it with huge boosts to hAGI. Not sure where you are...
