If you are running FTP toons the Unparalleled gear with the type 25 augs are better than tier 1 LS items and are quick to fill the non vis slots. Depending on your current aug situation the Type 7's are great to fill any garbage slots on your toons.

I've been testing this myself and this is the best positioning for avoiding the spark and not moving. If you get too far from the Grand Manipulator he wont agro and the event will reset. id camp the group at that spot and with your tank to the south. Ill update the guide.

just had my shaman get booted

If you go a little further than the north spot it misses you just aim your group towards the center

It does tilt sometimes but ive never been flung out of zone. Run it again the events are random during the mission.

I usually wait till 121 then do all the paragons to max level

With 2 full groups of maxed toons pushing fellowship and the right zone I could see it happen

From my experience recovering accounts and changing anything if you don't have access to the email address dbg will do nothing.
