I agree this one is wonky. I slow roll this one and stop dps on eye any time remnants are up and get them dead before he poofs/summons or otherwise changes positions. Some of the remnant pops (the 57 to 55 and the one at 2%) are very close together so if DoTs on the eye it's a miss. That said...
