    Has the transferring of accounts you didnt originally own to another server been nerfed? Friend says he had tried twice the last two weeks only to be shot down. He had let the accts expire for six weeks and then entered his own billing info. Me no like. Grover

    How do you know if you were able to reset the acct ownership? I let acct expire, but only waited one month and five days after it expired. Went to the site linked here and was able to change the billing and mailing addresses to my own, but if you look in the acct history all the other persons...
