Has the transferring of accounts you didnt originally own to another server been nerfed? Friend says he had tried twice the last two weeks only to be shot down. He had let the accts expire for six weeks and then entered his own billing info. Me no like.

Just do it via Legends, it's cheaper and takes about the same amount of time. Plus you can pick up some items on Legends while you're there.

No Let, I actually managed to induce transient blindness as I scrolled down.
