    I had a bad interaction with PA's "support" staff when I had a customer do a charge back 20 days after an account sale had gone through. They basically tried to debit my Paypal. This was 8 years ago, but I haven't ever used them again.

    You need to be change as much of the info as you can to match the new account. The most important thing is that both account are using the same CC for payment. This is really what they seem to check. It's also worth noting that payment source verification is the only way to get an account back...
