I had this problem a long while back. I cannot remember the exact details but I think it was something in either react or event... (I think react). Try unloading or stopping react and see if that helps. If it does check your statements in MQ2React.yaml

You did not mention what level they were. On the mana... they are VERY mana hungry at low levels cleric and shammy will cause a lot of downtime. sometimes with low level shammy It almost seems that the shammy will buff... med up... and by the time it was full of mana it was time to buff again lol
