Why on earth would they run 32 bit version anymore?

Yuppers. All PCs made withing the last 10 years? Have 64 bit versions of OS. You had the chance to use Windows 7 as a 32 bit. But that was the last version you could.

Do we know if this is 64bit client ready by chance? I've looked around a little but didn't see much on a final notice of it.

I would love to see if there's a macro that would list all my augs and what would fit better and maybe missing aug suggestions?

It's a green and yellowish looking Oriental style lantern the goes in the guild halls.

Or if you have the guild lantern. That puts you just outside Goro. Super easy fast run from there.
