DBG doesn't replace items for crashes, accidental deletes, whatever. It is somewhere in their policy on their website, there was a big uproar a year or two ago when they announced it. There is no longer a thing called customer service with DBG - you're unfortunately out of luck.

No I don't work for VGauction, just had success selling there. I haven't seen an account go for $2,000 in years. Pretty much anything over $500 sits unsold forever, with a few very rare exceptions.

From my experience they transfer with the character. I've had several characters transferred and the notes on the previous account always transferred with the specific character.

They cover themselves 100% in the EULA, you're screwed.
