Answer: I am dumb LOL. All i had to do was hold down Shift while clicking the window to drag it instead of resize it.

Is it chain casting Astounding Velocity because i am level 115? I cant figure out how to get it to stop. Just got the plugin and am still learning all this. If i click Astounding Velocity off the pet, he will cast Feralist's Unity V then go back to chain casting Astounding Velocity.
