Here's what I use for a level 100 druid. And I'd like to note that I try and keep it simple (aka KISS) in that I only really use the Buff, DPS, and Heal sections. I use /dpson as an in-game command to toggle DPS off or on (off on heavy-hitting mobs or multi-pulls). I can do others of course...
