There is no silver bullet. Just find a zone with the correct mob levels to drop the silks, and then kill humanoid creatures in the zone. Your ini file doesn't have anything configured in it. It has NULL values everywhere which means it will not do anything. You should probably start with an ini created by someone else, and then you can learn the ropes from there. Here's an example ini from the resources section...

Wow, I didn't realize this about the framelimiter. I always ran EQ with the new UI off because of the stupid inventory window sitting in front of everything, but didn't realize there were bigger issues. It 'turned on' again when I had to reinstall windows and everything else.

I suddenly noticed it started working for me one day. I couldn't figure out why, but now that you mention it I did have to toggle the new UI off. That must be what fixed it!

More info ... 'Launch Without Login' under autologin has the same behavior (does not go past the EULA screen). I also created a brand new account and character, and the behavior is the same - this pretty much eliminates some sort of password / expiration / hashing / encryption issue.
