The only thing that I think would be a problem is your ZRange=75. IF you are in a zone with a lot of hills or valleys, your tank is just going to sit there looking for mobs. Maybe it's supposed to be 750?

I've have now had 6 ultra rares auto looted without adding anything to the loot file. I was under the impression that if the item was NOT no-trade then the advloot would automatically loot the item without any player interaction.
