    I would say one of the more PitA ones is Rumblecrush in Umbral Plains. If you get him while all mobs around him are up, it can be a bitch to engage, and he has a crazy knockback. Always try and fight him by Vex Thal zone line, instead of out front down the stairs. Always a fun one to fight with...

    Question - Boxed toons following you over zoneline

    All of mine cross the zone with me, and I'm just using CWTN and RGmercs on those toons. Only once in a blue moon do they stop short of zone line, and its usually just one out of the six if it happens. Im sure someone does have a solution for you though. Great staff here :)

    I think there is a separate line on left settings below "Assist at" thats "Pet assist at" where you can set different engage percentage for pets. Either that or im getting confused with rgmercs.     /pick works. Can even join whole group when initiated from leader. You also get a cooldown timer(Think 5 minutes, but not 100%) when swapping so can't just hop around them at will.
