Best wishes, man. As someone who worries about it, I'm not sure how much it'll help but I do a lot of simple apps like language learning (even Duo Lingo at times), memory games, and flash cards. According to the studies I've read, they help slow it down.

Honestly, been a quiet member for a while- all this work has made (a notoriously slow leveler, always behind by numerous expansions) able to keep enjoying the game while left in the dust. Probably wouldn't be able to do so without all this hard work! Thank so much!
