Problem - Zones with mesh problems?

I have been shiny and ground spawn collecting lately and have encountered a couple zones where the collections are "off mesh" and get marked as invalid. In some cases, if I manually navigate to the point MQ2GroundSpawns will start telling me that I am off mesh and and that I should fix that. Is there a way for me to help out here and update the mesh? Or is that a really intensive job that needs certain skills?

The zones I encountered this most in were Brell's Rest (hunting Brell's Bounty) and Ry'gorr Mines (hunting shinies). I have encountered this on a much more sporadic basis other zones, I will try to keep track and report if that will help out. Just let me know what I should be reporting beyond the /loc.

Can I get a pointer to a tutorial or just some basic instructions to start?

Eepjr24, here, Hope this helps. CWTN made this some time back. I am not good at this myself, but I have had some success.

I have to edit the meshes all the time when using MQ2GroundSpawn. There are all sorts of not very great meshes, and the collectibles are often in weird places.

This right here ^^^^. Unfortunately, I had to format earlier this year and forgot to save a copy of my mesh builds. There are a lot of places that require slight adjustments to ensure you do not get stuck on something, or allow you to path to other areas. The missions in Dead Hills are a perfect example because it takes an instance of the map and changes things. I spent a few hours fixing them, and once complete, I could go in and do the missions with ease. Usually put it on Hunter and let it work. Another one I change is the neighborhood. Seems silly, but where I have my house/gh if I try a /travelto poknowledge some other house in the way...so I just alter the mesh for that area to avoid the house.
