Question - Wizard Mercenaries casting AOE spells (1 Viewer)

Curious, what are the requirements to have your Wizard Merc cast AOE spells?

Let's say you get 5 unmezzed greens in camp all on tank. Are wizard mercs "smart" enough to use AOE then? So far I have been unable to get A2 Wizard merc to cast AOE, maybe you need a higher level merc?

I think there a setting like burn, efficient, off that you have to select in the merc window.

I'm not sure if it requires a certain rank merc but my T5 Wiz merc has an option for AE Burn in his stance window. Hope this helps

if you have a JOURNYMAN merc and you set to AOE he is dumb as a brick and mass nukes it all. I love my caster merc he hits hard and I almost always have him on single BURN! Never AOE.
