Problem - Wizard is not casting Ethereal Braid (1 Viewer)

For some reason Ethereal Braid is not being cast in my wizard ini. It does work however when GoM procs. Here's the ini, any help appreciated.

Try DPS=2 and don't set everything at 99/98 with dps2 set the start at in the specific order you'd like them to cast like dps1=claw|99 dps2=stormjolt|98 and so on

I tried with DPS=2 as well. I forgot to mention that. Still only casts Braid when GoM procs. I also tried removing Braid from the GoM section.
