Question - Windows setting or something else ? (1 Viewer)

Before the first release of RoF I was able to move the position of multiple EQ instances around on my task bar. But ever since that first patch I have been unable to move them except as a group which is locked together. Is this a windows setting or would something have been changed to cause this ?
