Windowed Mode (1 Viewer)

I have a question regarding multiple sessions. When running 3 sessions, MQ2 and Vent Server I noticed that the lag isnt so bad if I keep all other sessions but main toon minimized. Is there a way to auto minimize sessions that are in the background with Windows XP?
For instance when I Alt+Tab it would shrink the session I was jut on and fully open the next.

I realize this is more of a "Windows" question than MQ2, but it would help me with MQ2.

I run 4 box with winEQ just great.. it is a smart system and will equalize the demands of the screens so as you use it more and more it gets faster ... not a technical explaination I know but it uses eqplaynice or soething like that to do it
