Problem - Where do the INI's go?

I am returning to EQ and Red Guides and I have a lvl 115 bard, I had wiped my hard drive so its a brand new install but I can not locate where the ini's go anymore. I made the INI but when I run it, it doesn't do anything so it is obviously in the wrong location

you put inis in the config folder.

thats where it is and it still didnt run properly, unless that is the wrong config folder
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\VeryVanilla\MacroQuest\Release\config

right click MQ bug in system tray go to open folder (top option), configs (will put you in right location). Looking at your partial file path, not sure thats right..
