Policy When does MQ work on servers that transition into "relaxed truebox" servers? (1 Viewer)

The MQ devs have stated that a server that transitions from Truebox into "Relaxed Truebox" would get support added "sometime" after they become relaxed truebox. There shouldn't be an expectation for it to be the same day, or necessarily even the same patch.

MQ is not supported on Truebox servers. If/When a server transitions into "relaxed truebox" or complete removal of truebox restrictions, MQ support would be added at *sometime* afterwards.

Other tools such as MySEQ and IonBC are available for truebox servers.

I understand the answer to when is "sometime" after the transition. Is there an announcement on here or in the patch notes when it does work? Or just try after every update?

Truebox is getting removed on some servers soon, but that doesn't mean that they are supported MQ servers yet.

It is unlikely that MQ devs will announce when it does get added.

Trying to circumvent those restrictions on servers that MQ isn't supported on runs potential risks for you ; don't.

Once MQ is supported on those servers the RG build will too.
