Question - When do Franklin Teek and Iason yureska (defiant vendor in PoK) appear on TLPs?

Does anybody know when Franklin Teek and Iason yureska appear on TLP servers? I know Defiant gear was introduced with SoF, but did these two NPCs come in TBS which was the previous Expac? My server, Vaniki, opens TSS and TBS in about 2 months and it appears things are going to get even more difficult without better gearing options. The best group gear from TBS will come from missions paying Orum, but those will be nightmares at level 65. Hotzone quest gear from Franklin Teek and the Jewelery from Iason will help a LOT if they're available.

Turns out TSS will have defiant and Franklin teek quests.
