What features would be in your perfect MMO?

Lately I've had dreams about this (wet ones, on occaision). I've even gone so far as to start writing down some of my ideas. I'm practically failing my Statistics course right now because during that class instead of doing my work I've been writing out the best ways to make a game both enjoyable and interesting on a long term basis.

I'm very interested though in what you guys like about the MMO's you play. Who knows, I might one day decide to act on this idea and try to make something based on these ideas.
