Version of KissAssist.mac?
11.005
When did your problem start?
Heroic Druid...first time running with KissAssist
Character Role?
  1. Assist
What class is having this issue?
  1. Druid
How often does this issue occur?
Always
Upon starting KA I get this 5 times in a row: "Warning: Undefined variable XTarget used on line [email protected] Macro Paused".
I had used the XTarget settings to assign specific characters previously but have reset them to AUTO and as far as I can tell the settings are the same as other characters (That run fine...)
This looks to me like possibly an EQ Xtarget setting of some kind but I can't find it...any ideas?

it will be really easy to diagnose if you post your .ini here.

in the heal section it should look something like this

INI:
XTarHeal=1
XTarHealList=2|3|4|5|6|7
AutoRezOn=1
AutoRezWith=Blessing of Resurrection
Help=Format Spell|% to heal at i.e. Devout Light Rk. II|50

line 276 of Kissassist 11.005 is setting up aliases and shouldn't throw the error. Sounds like you have mq2melee, mq2react, mq2hud or something like that with a bad condition.

I have this problem from time to time too, when starting KA or RG mercs, but if a restart the macro, it disappears.

I can certainly post my ini but it was simply a copy from the ini library. It is doing the same thing for new to KA characters with no ini. The initial ini is never built/saved as it appears that the errors "pause" KA and I have to endmac. However, I have on character it is working for that was a new character never used MQ2/KA with before...worked as expected. Researching on EQ forums, I see references to XTarget issues not being entirely cleared of old settings or not working for "auto on". Issues seemed to be resolved with a redownload of EQ. Makes me think that some configuration file is not being reset with XTarget positions are cleared...I could not find an EQ config file that held any XTarget info...but it has to be there someplace.

I have no errors that I know of from any other plugins. Macros that I have written use Xtargets and work fine for how I use them. Any idea where I should look for possible errors? It is interesting that the line that MQ2 gives as causing the KA error and has changed a few times.

I'm not certain if the xtarget data is client side or server side.

You might try searching your eq folder for all the files with "HeroicDruidName" in them and save them elsewhere (for hotbutton reasons) and force eq to build new files.

After much trail and error with ini/config files for various plugins and macros...I have discovered that the issue is with my HUD. I have several references to XTarget for displaying various things. The HUD works fine...no errors. When I "comment out" the two references to XTarget[1] and Xtarget[2] in my HUD the errors from KissAssist go away and everything with KA seems to work fine. Nothing to be done I guess...just wanted to close this out with a resolution in case someone runs into this issue later.

Should it not be ${Me.XTarget[1]} ${Me.XTarget[2]} dont see a TLO for just XTarget.
Just using it in a HUD should not give an error.

Post you HUD, this should be fixable.
