The two servers that were recently announced to be moving to a euro downtime schedule, Runnyeye and Splitpaw, are now opening for transfers to help those in the US being effected by the new downtime schedule. The announcement from Blackguard:
Splitpaw and Runnyeye, our two English-language European servers, will soon be updated on a schedule that should cause fewer interruptions in the playtime of our European customers. Assuming that our final phase of testing goes well, our current plan is that on Tuesday, April 19, we will bring down all English-language servers at 4AM PDT to make a configuration change. When the servers come back up, Runnyeye and Splitpaw will be on the same update schedule as our French and German servers.
Because this change may cause these servers to run a different version of the game than the US worlds, Splitpaw and Runnyeye will use their own login servers, which means characters on Splitpaw and Runnyeye will no longer be shown on the character select screen for the US servers. Similarly, those who play on Splitpaw and Runnyeye will not be able to see their characters on US servers unless they repatch the game. Full details on how to do this will be posted before the update happens.
In light of this change, we will be allowing players on the Runnyeye and Splitpaw servers to transfer characters to a server on the standard English-language downtime schedule. Characters on the Runnyeye server will have the opportunity to move to Toxxulia, while characters on the Splitpaw server will have the opportunity to move to Oggok.
