interesting getting a new emote in my mq2 window.... "Your Integrity has been preserved" not seen that before.

I have /mac mymacro bound to a hotkey.

When pressed it did not start but just displayed the "Your Integrity has been preserved".

Clicked on hotkey the second time and the macro started running as normal.

Pure coincidence, the scan can and will happen randomly every time you log in.
Don't worry about that message, it means exactly what it says.
You should worry if you log in and you DONT see it after a reasonable amount of time, cause it's likely mq2ic is NOT loaded then...

That message is a good thing. It means MQ2IC is loaded and protecting you from the random anti boxing scans Daybreak added to detect boxing on the Phinny server

I'm glad the code for preventing mq2 on phinny is working as intended, thanks for the report!
All kidding aside, that crash is by design to protect you from using mq2 on the only server where you will get autobanned if you use it. I'm guessing it only happens on phinigel?

I get this when i log in using Mq2 since the more recent update (20th). It appears in the mq2 window and I am very curious what it means as it's suddenly new. A forum search didn't net anything so I figured I would make a new post.



Seeing as nothing negative has happened since this has appeared this post is more curiosity than anything.

Is there any extra information on what/when/how they are scanning and what not? I was under the assumption that they are only banning for MQ/botting/afk/automation (oviously not including active hacking, and other extreme outlying circumstances...) on phini?

I know a bunch of people who use MQ and have been GM checked for AFKing on other servers and have been told flat out that they (DBG) really don't care as long as you're not AFK. Just curious on what the deal is, exactly?

If this is regarding what I was asking, that's all well and good, but having more information so we can protect ourselves is nice. I don't play on phini, so I could care less what they have going on there. I'm more concerned with them taking future action on other servers, if they're actively scanning on all servers or whatever.

BTW, the 'not talking about it' mentality seems to have been tossed out the window with these TLP 3.0s. Blatant/open use of MQ2 is still rampant. Hell, Saytonic on Ragefire talks about it all the time and touts how GMs haven't banned him yet, in public chat.

This concerns me, hence my questions.
