MQ2BagWindow is Here!
MQ2BagWindows is the the current solution for the broken item swapping and items in bags.
MQ2Melee, MQ2Cast, MQ2Exchange, MQ2Cursor, MQ2ThrowIt, MQ2Feedme all of these plugins have been rewritten to support MQ2BagWindow

  1. Using the Patchme command to bypass the SOE Launcher
  2. Download the zip at the bottom of this post
  3. Unzip to a folder of your choice
  4. Run MacroQuest2.exe from that folder
  5. Run EverQuest.exe
  6. In-Game, type "/plugin <plugin name>" to add all plugins you wish to use
  7. Refer back to this post for any syntax and plugin descriptions you need

Possible to add the newer scribe.mac to the zip file? It's using the 8.14.2012 and the newest is 9.4.2012.

Narrowed it down, it's crashing on ${Corpse.Items}. Submitted to MQ2 forum.

I appear to be having issues with my bard, he keeps crashing shortly after i start /mac kissassist. I tried reloading my default ui before i started my macro and that appeared to fix the issue for a few kills. However I noticed the last crash was when he started his primary twist. Not sure if that helps. Thank you for your time and efforts much appreciated.

I was crashing from my characters trying to loot, turned it off and havent had a problem since

its mq2... they came out with a fix but you have to wait till the new fix is out on redguides... should be out later today

What level is your bard?
What songs are are you twisting?

Wish I could figure out what is causing me to CTD when using mq2casttimer as soon as I cast any spell. With or without the timer window up it is immediate game death for me on 3 separate machines / accounts

MQ2castimer has been abandoned for years I just compile it because its there lol. It either works or it doesn't and most of the time it doesn't. If I were to guess I would say something in xml file because of all the updaes but who knows.

I was actually able to get the timer window to appear once but again as soon as I cast a spell... CTD. Oh well, its not like its critical. I just wanted to use it to keep buffs up on my boxed toons.

I've got a stupid question... how do i get autoforage to work? i loaded the plug in, but i dont know the command to start autoforaging. I only plan on using it while i play planetside2 on another computer. but i need taelosian tea leaves!! Thanks for your help.

Thanks Maskoi, i looked at the autoforage page already, it wasn't helpful because i couldn't get it to start foraging. I didn't realize MQ2Melee had a forage function, but it appears to be working now that i set it to active. Never loaded Kissassist, though i want to use it one day, just don't have the patience to play with it just yet. i guess i should figure it out cause it dont autoinventory :)

Save the code below as forage.mac. /mac forage on the toon you are foraging with and it will start to write the items to the loot.ini file. You can then start telling it to delete, keep etc what ever you want.

To be honest, I really was excited about kiss but I didn't have good luck with it. Not sure if it was me just not having it configured right or what. I would be happy to give it another shot if you can point me to a known good example for a 95 chanter / 95 cleric configuration.
