Guide - Useful Clickies to Pursue while Leveling That Require No Progression

This is a list of unique items/clickies that are attainable in EQ with little or no progression to my knowledge. I don't know everything guys, so please help me make this list better!
I wanted to make this list as something to reference when you're leveling up and might want to camp something that is still useful in game. So, I left out a lot of items that are no longer useful, or they involve quests, or anything overly complicated.

Plane of War (Requires enough progression to get to get access: #1 - Field of Strife & Mines | #2a - Castle Rulnavis | #2b - Castle Tamrel)
- Mantle of Inasch - Circle of Mana IV from Commander Inasch Prae`va in Castle Tamrel.
- Rage of Rolfron - Circle of Power IV from Rolfron Zek, Lord of Despair in the Mines.
- Signet of Gannar - Circle of Life IV from Commander Gannar Dolm in Castle Rulnavis
these 3 Circle items are all Prestige, and all share the same timer, but 6 characters in rotation on one or two of them are helpful

Those require progression. You have to do the quest to get past the gate and then a whole crap ton of junk to get into the castle.

Getting mines access only takes a couple hours max. I did it for my whole group in less than a day. Spent the next morning there farming for about 3 hours and got 4 cop4 clickies and 2 rz helms. I appear to have been lucky because the next day I took my friend through and took us 2 hours to get a single clicky.
