You rename it to kissassiste102 or whatever (unless you want to keep that long name)
(e means eqmule mod)
(I find it useful to keep the version in the name in case I need to go back to an older version at some point, so for example I have all versions of kiss in my macros folder as: kissassist702-kissassist1004.mac it makes it easy to try out a newer version on for example a caster before I move all chars over to it...)
Then run it as /mac kissassiste102
First time you run it, it will add missing ini entries to your kissassist ini file.
If you need to make changes to the default newly added entries, edit the entries in the ini and save then start the mac again...
