IRL - UI windows - what file?

I accidently minimized my Bandolier window. Now i cant find it anymore. I guess the hotbutton switches the minimized window on adn off now.

Does anyone know which file i'd have to look into to unminimize it?

If you are using a custom UI, your best bet, as I have noticed, is to go back to default but keep your layout. Once you get it larger again, you can go back to your custom UI again.
