Here is a situation and question for anyone with the experience.
Every since TSS released I have noticed grpahics seems to simply stop rendering for no apparent reason. This "lag" bubble happens for 1-15 seconds on average.
It only happens while running multiple instances on the same machine, it hits all instances at the same time and for the same duration.
The real oddity is the CPU usage hits rock bottom, only about 10% usage during these video spikes. The rest of the system behaves optimally during this problem.
This is happening on three machines, all running different video cards (one ATI, 2 nvidia). All machines are completely patched up with new DX install and video drivers for each of the cards. It happens with MQ2 loaded and without MQ2 loaded.
-----
Now the question is, does anyone know what the problem could be and how to remedy it?
Thanks in advance.
