Hey all, I'm experimenting with an odd group setup on a progression server and one of the things I'm trying to accomplish is spot healing with necro(s).
The spell I'm trying to use is Shadow Compact. I cannot for the life of me get it to fire. If I don't put a target tag on it, the necro will cast it on himself, but he will never cast it on the MA or any other group member. I have it on multiple heal lines just testing with different tags.
