Question - Tooltips for Spellgems, HotBar AA and HotBar Socials (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if MQ offered any functionality that when your mouse hovers over Spell Gems, AA's on a Hotbar or Hotbar buttons containing casting spells or activating AA that it shows a tooltip full description rather than having to right click like on spell gems.

Technically it is possible (at least for the spell gems, not sure about AA or Hotbar) but I am not sure how much value you will gain for this though. You still need to move your mouse over. Plus the plugin is most likely quite complicated to write.

It would be a ton of work for what I would perceive as little gain. With the phasing out of the xml windows it would only work as long as those windows weren't using new ui afaik.
