Question - Tinkering skill/ trophy stuck, help (1 Viewer)

I realized I have never tried tinkering before, never needed it yet.. sigh. So I have a Silver account gnome, so off I went. I got to 299 real skill (of 300) and trophy level 6/7 and stuck there at 0%. It won;t seem to move past that.. and the trophy won;t move...I thought I just need patience.. so kept going doing 302 Silver conduit. The trophy stopped at level 6, 0%. Even if 299 to 300 was the problem, I figured the trophy would still move close to a full level 7. Am I wrong? I have done some level 370 and 402 stuff as well.. I have max AA on New Tanaan, since its a Silver account. Any ideas if I am not working it correctly?

I'm not sure if it would be your problem or not, but Tinkering has a mastery quest you have to do to up it above 300.

though you have to be gold to unlock I believe.
