Question - thinking of moving mq2 to mq - test/emu question

sorry if this has been answered but i didnt see anything on it when i searched it. i am thinking of making the move from mq2 to mq (yea im late, i know lol) i downloaded mq to a new folder and havent messed with it much yet. my question though is are the cwtn plugins still included for test and emu free? when i looked through the folder i didnt see the and when i tried to load one in game it said plugin not found.

included for test, yes.

emu is in the sticky. Currently no.

mq2 is legacy, dead and unsupported in any capacity. MQ is infinitely better.
