looking for a good strat for this pita the snakes and adds seam to be giving us a problem atm any help on a strat would be appreciated pls
 
Kill first 2 snakes by door to start the adds popping. Have sks aggro the 2 big goats and kite them as soon as they aggro on raid. Wait for mob to spawn that you can charm that can do damage to zun (sorry cant remember name of mob offhand, I'm sure someone will post). Once mob is charmed kill the other adds and snakes then kill the 2 goats (do not fight with the charmed mob since if he dies you are screwed). Now have a ramp tank and main tank on zun and have charmed mob attack zun. Rest or raid can sit back and relax. Zun banishes randomly to jail cell. Have a rogue by each cell to unlock. When banished the person needs to get out of cell ASAP!!
Then the person needs to call out wether they need the north or south door open and person with key needs to open it to get back to raid. Hmm I think that is about it. I'm at work and its been like 6 months since we have killed in Txevu so I may have missed stuff.

Edit: Be patient with the spawn on the mob that can charm its taken up to 30 minutes for him to spawn for us. Just keep killing the little adds as they spawn.
 
Zun `Muram Tkarish Zyk

This is a hit-and-run type of script. It is timed and resets after ~30-35 minutes. We enter the arena, kill one mob, move to safe spot again. Carry on doing this till all mobs are dead.

We need to kill snakes and goats and all adds that spawn before we have a shot at Zun `Muram Tkarish Zyk himself. He is 100% spell and melee resistant.

The only way to damage ZM is through unresistable spells (i.e Lifeburn, Manaburn), Damage Shields and a charmed melee pet.
The only mob that can be charmed is an add called Mastruq Chaosslayer.

SNAKES and adds

When you first open the center door, all melee move *just* inside it and kill the first snake. He spawns an add. Once snake 1 dies, move back to safe spot. Don't stop until you're down the stairs, don't go too close to back wall. Lose aggro. Ress, rebuff. get ready for add 1. The adds are easy and are best killed by one designated group rather than moving the whole raid back and forth.
If Mastruq Chaosslayer spawns as an add MEZZ HIM! DO NOT charm him, else zuns ae will cause him to agro and get mashed by zun.

When all snakes and adds are dead, move inside the lair and get ready for goats.

Keep the chaosslayer alive and kicking still.

GOATS

Bring a goat to the raid via splitting or offtanking Zun and kiting other goat.
Kill it and MOVE TO SAFE SPOT.
Ress, rebuff, med, get ready for the second goat
Pull the second goat and offtank Zun. kill it, move out, rez rebuff and get ready for the boss.

Zun himself.

Zun is 100% resistant to melee damage, the only way for the tank to gain aggro is through damage shields, taunt and pure aggro proccs.
It's a long fight, it will drain all healers of mana so everyone who can heal should help.

Anyone that cant heal, can just sit still, get the pom pom out and chant song around the camp fire (first check your procs.. some land though)

The Jails!

Anyone who is on Zunss aggro list can get banished to jail. It's fairly random. After getting banished, the player has roughly 5 seconds to exit the jail-cell, or mobs will spawn and kill him. If the player is out by then, the mobs despawn just seconds later. Rogues need to have their lock picks with them for this point.

Position a rogue at each jail, whose sole job is to open doors. nothing else for the whole raid. If the rogue gets AEd, run to the designated rogue healer.. and get a cure, then run back.

The AE

AE is a 4000dd+dot and hits everyone in the raid. It's no use trying to avoid it, range is too large. It has a 2 minute recast time but wont go off unless Zun has aggro.
It's curable with 2xRGC.

Groups

Rogue/Key group - this group will consist of 3/4 rogues, the keyholder and a curer (If not enough rogues.. add another curer if you have spare)

Adds group x2 - set these groups up as a normal exp group. use these to kill the snake adds that you dont need while the raid recovers.

Chaoslayer

If chaosslayer does not spawn. the script is a fast reset. just wait for it to reset and go again.

Safe Spot

The safe spot for this raid, is by the back wall directly outside Zuns room. you can med, rez, recover here without fear of adds.

yes.. thats what i forgot to add.. lol.. was doing it from top of my head.

make an MT group to OT zun.. and 2 rangers to "volunteer" to kite the goats while you drop one snake. ZUn and adds are leashed, snakes are perma root. so just run to safe spot.. then go again.
 
imo have 2 tanks OT the 2 goats and have ranger/pallys leash zun to either the north/south sides.. agro and run.. once he leashes, run back and wait, agro to leash. etc..
 
we tried that riddler, but found it easier just to tank zun and kite the goats.

strats are not set in stone, they are there to be bastardized into something that works for you.

hell.. bet if all the top guilds came together.. they could write some wickid combined strats from ideas they came up with themselves.
