Text in chat windows disappears (1 Viewer)

Sometimes, after typing commands or chat, all of the text in the chat windows will completely disappear. It only seems to happen when the map is open, and closing the map makes the text return. This just started happening the other day, and it doesn't happen 100% of the time. It's not really game breaking, but it is highly annoying. Any suggestions?

Found a post discussing this on the MQ2 boards. Apparently there is a limit to how many items can be displayed in the map, and certain zones overload that limit causing chat windows to blank out. I can't test this with servers down atm, but using

/maphide any
/mapshow any radius 2500

will supposedly clear it up.

yea new zones are laggy as is. And that map glitch only hapens in those zones for me.
