Yes, it happens.
I am running a ranger in hunter mode in Fort Mech. Kissassist, MQ2Melee, no specific target, just clear the zone, Radius 600. It keeps targeting two mobs 4700 away and not in LOS.

Any thoughts?

Two scenarios I've seen like this. Either the mob was agro'd within 600 but then warped as some do or it's the old xtarget bug where sometimes you can just end up with crappy stuff on xtar and no idea how it got there.

Specific camps and zones have it worse one way or the other. I've had to camp out and back in to get rid of a mob on xtarget before. Usually the warp issue fixes itself pretty fast with the deagro, so if they are 4700 away and staying on xtarget for longer than 60-120 seconds, it's probably the second one.

Is this just a one-time thing or is it continuously happening?
