Question - Stupid question about pick

what is the command to pick to base zone?

/pick, and select the zone. Might be /pick 0 but I am unsure.

Is there an command to see in which pick you currently are ? would like to add this to my window title.
Currently i use

/SetWinTitle ${Me.Name} (${Me.Level} ${Me.Class}) - ${Zone.Name}

Yeah, you can type /pick and it will tell you, even if you're on the 5 minute timer.

If your a 5 mins timer /q and it will reset it to 0
