Preface
So this is a quick guide for people who are yet to jump into gear progression for TBL. We will be farming on Island 9, not sure if this is what it is called but EQResourses shows a #9 on their map at this link. The reason we farm this island is because there is a potential of 8 named spawn points in a relativity small distance and that lets us setup a speedy camp. One thing to remember here: NO AOE! If you use an AOE spell and agro a Brass Phoenix Brigade (BPB) mob, just mez it and exodus or jump off the edge and zone to POT so you don't take an agro hit. If you are KOS on this island, this strat will NOT work for you.
I assumes you are the following:
Level 110 or high enough to kill the named mobs.
In a well to do group that can kill the named mobs and handle 2 or more place holders.
Apprehensively or high with the Brass Phoenix Brigade so you are not killed on sight at the island we will be farming.
Named mobs
Silver Eyes Dread - a tank and spank, you can pull this one back to camp and kill it.
Dour Eighth Guardian - a tank and spank., you can pull this one back to camp and kill it.
Glassbeak Stormbreaker - a tank and spank., you can pull this one back to camp and kill it.
Infinite Horizon Star - a tank and spank., you can pull this one back to camp and kill it.
Dawnbreeze - this mob snares so I'd suggest killing this one where it pops at.
Strategy
OK lets get setup. You can zone into Stratos from a guild hall or from Plane of Tranquility. More then likely you will be KOS to the mobs here so invis your group and run up. Alternatively you can do an CTRLF and find Great Sky Ocean and that will put you close by the island and camp then just invis and run to the location in Image #1 below.
In the picture below you (Image #1) I put a star to the location where you want to make your camp. Also a green dot by Great Sky Ocean so you can see the distance you will need to travel. Just make sure your invis is still up to get past the last few KOS mobs. Set a campfire here and /camphere your crew.

Pull #1 is straight ahead. It is a single pull and should be a quick kill

Pull #2 is a double pull. Have your CC ready.

Pull #3 is a single but this dude and has very bad pathing coming over the bridge so I pull from the other side. In the picture below I stand at the end of the yellow line, get in line of sight and shoot from there. Then I move in front of the bridge to make sure he is coming across OK. If he falls off, he will either lose agro or path back to you in some weird way. Either one takes a bit of time and slows us down.

Pull #4 is a double. Simple pull, just make sure they get across the bridge ok before cutting into your camp.

Pull #5 (pull #6 Optionally) can either be a a single with pulling just #6 or pulling both #6 and #7. I normally pulled them both to speed things up a bit. Simple pull but again just baby sit them over the bridge to make sure the are not falling off. Another option here is to pull both 5's, 6, and 7 at once for a quad. It will get you all 4 place holders at once and speed things up a great deal. If you group can handle it. I'd say go for it.

That is it on the pulling, pretty standard stuff. Just make sure you are not agro'ing the Brass Phoenix Brigade and you should be good to go.

Pro Tips
I started all this in conflagrant gear so it is doable at lower gear toons. I also didn't shine away from pulling the larger groups. It kept the rhythm going and as I killed things and the PH's re-poped in no time. Which gave me a breather to med up and take a break if I needed to but was also steady enough to keep things moving along.
Again, if you agro a BPB mob, just jump off and start over. My though is it is better to just start fresh in this case as to not screw up the camp. I did accidently kill a few and it didn't hurt my ranking so if you burn one or three, it shouldn't be a big deal.
Watch the pathing. It can slow things down for you if the mobs fall off the islands. This mostly happens on the bridges. Just nurse the mobs over.
The other mobs will not agro so don't be afraid of running through them. Just don't AOE.
If a named us up at another location, it WILL NOT spawn in these spots. You can either leave it there or go try to kill it. Only risk being that the other islands may have KOS mobs around so you have to deal with them also.
I would not do this AFK. To easy to fall off the bridge. I drived my puller the whole time.
Conclusion
I geared most my 6 box here. It got super easy. When ever I got a drop, I'd jump my toon down to the merchant on the 3nd island after POT and buy the necessary items to do the combine. Then invis him and CTRLF back to the group. I geared my guys up pretty well in about an 8 hours span over a few days. The names spawn weird as you would expect. One session I ran PH's for an hour before I saw another named pop. On another occasion it seemed like after ever PH died a named would spawn.
That is it for my guide. thanks for reading. Happy Hunting
