Question - Stop and start pulling with in game command?

I have just setup the pulling section for my Bard. As soon as I start the macro the bard immediately starts pulling and does this very well. However, there are times when I am starting up all the macros on my group and I dont want the bard to start pulls right away or I want to pause the pulls for some reason but I want the rest of the macro to run. I know there are ingame commands to turn sections on and off. I use a command on my enchanter that turns off mezzing if I am in an area where I dont want him mezzing. I looked through the list of ingame commands for something that would toggle pulls on and off and couldnt find anything. All I could find pull related was the arc and ingnore ingame commands. Anyone know of a way to enable and disable pulling while ingame? Thanks, AnotherJohn

/backoff 1 will stop all pulling and DPS
/backoff 0 will turn pulling and dps back on.

Just using /backoff with no options will toggle it on and off.

Thanks, this works to solve my major problem. I have /mqp in my follow and set new camp commands. Whenever I would stop and set new camp if I didnt remember to repause the bard macro it would begin pulling. This sometimes would lead to disastrous results if I stopped the group to interact with an NPC. If i hit /backoff 1 before doing my move routine the bard wont pull on camp set up. Just FYI to anyone else that uses this command be aware that it stops mq2twist. This makes sense since some could have a DPS song in their twist. So you will have to manually click a bard gem to play mana or travel song. For me this is a reasonable trade off since it will save me group wipes on accidentally agroing stuff I didnt mean to when stopping move routine.
